Posters can be printed at at any size where one measurement is under 900mm. To order a custom size poster choose 'custom' from drop down and then enter the size of the poster you requie. Some common poster sizes include:

• A0 - 1188 x 840mm
• A1 - 840 x 594mm
• A2 - 594 x 420mm
• 900 x 600mm
• 1000 x 750 mm

PosterBox offers discount online poster printing prices. Our prices are available from our home page or as a PDF

PosterBox accepts print-ready PDF files. If assistance is required in making a pdf PosterBox recommends PDF995. PDF995 is quick and easy to use, converting any poster design you create to a PDF. (PDF995 is shareware and therefore PosterBox does not accept liability for any damages caused during installation). Files can be up to 50MB and larger on request.

Do you design posters?

PosterBox specialises in high quality colour printing at cheap prices! To ensure we can deliver you these great prices we rely on you to provide the design of your posters. If you are in need of a graphic designer a great place to start your search is ArtsConnect.

Yes we do print custom size posters. We have recently introduced Custom size posters to PosterBox. Be one of the first to order a custom size poster.

While we would love to be able to despatch all orders same day we do have some limitations that prevent us from doing so. An order that we guarantee to despatch same day is called a standard order and meets these all of these conditions:

• Your poster printing file is less than 30 megabytes in size or the combined total of all your files is less than 30megabytes
• The quanity of posters you need is less than 15 A0, or less than 15 750 x 1000 or less than 20 A1 (600 x 900) or less than 30 A2 posters
• Your posters are not printed on canvas or lightbox material - These media require additional drying time and finishing processes.
• Your order is completed by 1.00pm EST

At PosterBox we will always do our utmost to despatch your order on time, if there ever is a delay due to circumstances beyond our control you can be assured we will be in touch!

Yes. To place your poster printing order using multiple files requires an easy extra step.

• Step 1)- From Step 1, order the total number of posters you require.
• Step 2)- In Step 2 there is a special instructions box. Please list the names of your files and the quantity of posters required of each file.
• Step 3)- At Step 3 please upload one file only. This will ensure your order becomes active.
• Step 4)- Now simply upload your remaining files via our ftp server or if you prefer you may email your files to orders@posterbox.com.au if the files are no bigger than 10MB. One file per email please.

To upload additional files for poster printing, or to upload your file again please download our ftp instructions or view our on screen instructions.

No. Different artwork files can make up the minimum quantities, however your posters must all be the same dimensions. Please refer to the question above for assistance in uploading multiple files.

Definitely not. We use only quality digital poster printing media, genuine inks and print using the latest digital printing technology.

PosterBox 100% guarantees same day despatch for standard orders placed before 1.00pm AEST as specified in our terms of trade. Conditions apply. Larger quantities and specific orders may take longer and you will be notified before poster printing begins.

We certainly do. TNT ensures your posters are delivered quickly - usually overnight. And yes freight is included, there are no hidden costs or fees.

Yes, all posters are despatched using mailing tubes or Postpaks™ and are safely wrapped inside to assure your posters arrive safely.
