FAQ's
Can I use more than 1 file (different artwork/design) when ordering?
Yes you can! You have 2 options:
Option 1 - Combine your individual PDF files into 1 multipage PDF.
If you have more than 1 PDF file it is quite easy to combine into 1 PDF file with multiple pages - ie 3 PDFs into a 3 page PDF file. On our PDF Help page you will find links to free software and video tutorials on how to use them. When you have combined your PDFs into 1 file you can place your order as normal uploading the multipage PDF at the end. Be sure to make a quick note in the special instructions box that your PDF has more than 1 page.
Option 2 - Sending us your additional files via FTP or Email
Simply place an order for the total number of posters that you want printed. When ordering please make a note in the special instructions box (see what this looks like) that you will be sending through more files and most importantly please make sure you upload one of your files, at Step 3, to ensure your order is completed correctly.
After your order has been successfully placed you can either upload your remaining files via our ftp server (How do i do this?) or if you prefer you may email your files to orders@posterbox.com.au. If you do email it is best that your files are less than 5 megabytes in size as some mail servers won't deliver emails larger than that. It is best to just email 1 file per email.

No. Different artwork files can make up the minimum quantities, however your posters must all be the same dimensions. Please refer to the question above for assistance in uploading multiple files.

PosterBox accepts print-ready PDF files. Please visit our PDF help page for help with PDFs. Files can be up to 50MB and larger on request.
When will my posters be delivered?
All Standard orders received before 1pm AEST are printed same day and sent by TNT overnight courier! So 99 times out of 100 you will have your posters next day! PosterBox chooses TNT as its freight partner and all posters are sent overnight delivery, however PosterBox can not guarantee overnight delivery. PosterBox 100% guarantees same day despatch for standard orders placed before 1.00pm AEST as specified in our terms of trade. Larger quantities and specific orders may take longer and you will be notified before poster printing begins.
Fast Poster Printing and Delivery
Standard orders are printed SAME DAY and despatched via TNT overnight courier! We supply you with a tracking number so you can track your posters online. TNT ensures your posters are delivered quickly - usually overnight. And yes freight is included, there are no hidden costs or fees.
What is a 'Standard' Order?
While we would love to be able to despatch all orders same day we do have some limitations. An order that we guarantee to despatch same day is called a standard order and meets all of these conditions:
How do I place an order?
- Your poster printing file is less than 30 megabytes in size or the combined total of all your files is less than 30 megabytes
- The quantity of posters you need is less than 15 A0, or less than 15 750 x 1000 or less than 20 A1 (600 x 900) or less than 30 A2 posters
- Your posters are not printed on canvas or lightbox material - These media require additional drying time and finishing processes.
- Your posters are not laminated - laminated posters require more time and therefore laminated posters are despatched next day
- Your order is completed by 1.00pm EST

What Size poster do you print?
Posters can be printed at at any size where one measurement is under 900mm. To order a custom size poster choose 'custom' from drop down and then enter the size of the poster you require. Common poster sizes include:
