FTP Help - Uploading files for Poster Printing
To send us additional files, or to resend your original file, we recommend our FTP server. Please follow the instrucitons below and as soon as we have your files we start printing.
FTP Instructions for Windows Users
Using Explorer (not internet explorer) type ftp.posterbox.com.au in the explorer bar. You may see an error message, click ok
Click with your right mouse which will display a quick menu and click ‘Login As’

Enter the user name and password and click Log On
FTP Username: fileupload@posterbox.com.au
Password: boxhead
To start your upload simply click and drag the file(s) you wish to upload on ftp.posterbox.com.au icon in the explorer column and the file transfer (copy) will commence. Please do not close the Explorer window until the transfer is complete. Please be patient as large files can take some time to upload. When the upload is complete please email us with your order number and the name(s) of your file(s) or call 0450 526 727. Please remember PDF is our accepted poster printing file format.
FTP Instructions for Macintosh - Apple Users
You will need FTP software such as Fetch, a free download from www.fetchsoftworks.com/downloads.html, or your preferred FTP program. (Please be cautious when installing any software) To upload your files, launch Fetch (or your preferred FTP software).
Enter the PosterBox server address, username and password - as below and click connect.
FTP Server: ftp.posterbox.com.au
FTP Username: fileupload@posterbox.com.au
Password: boxhead
When the connection has been established a screen similar to this one will be displayed and the word 'Connected' will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
To start your upload click the 'Put' icon. A window will open allowing you to select the file(s) you want to upload. Once selected click 'Put' and the file transfer will commence.
Please be patient as large files can take some time to upload. When the upload is complete please email us with your order number and the name(s) of your file(s) or call 0450 526 727. Please remember PDF is our accepted poster printing file format.
